After selecting printer and clicking save the dialog box to name file and select save location will not open.

Issue: Windows in set to handle printers.

Fix:

Open Printers and Devices.  Uncheck “Let Windows manage printers”. Click on “Microsoft Print to PDF” then “manage” and “set as default”.

Restart LiveStorage/d’Vinci.
