Scenario:

After clicking on “Print Preview” or “Print Order” with the Parts list tab, a blank screen appears with no print options.

Cause:

This issue is caused when there is no default printer set on local machine.

Solution:

Open control panel, then navigate to “Devices and Printers”. Right click on the installed printer and select “Set as Default” from drop down menu. Close all open menus and restart Livestorage.
