In the Parts List at the top of the user-control check boxes, you will find an option for Cut List Optimization. This feature, when checked on, causes the itemized parts listing to show full-length parts and materials needed for the order (in other words, the amount of material you need to purchase).
With Cut List Optimization off, or unchecked, the itemized parts listing will show the exact length of individual pieces used in the design (in other words, what you are selling to the customer).
Because this feature changes the amount of material listed, there will sometimes be a price discrepancy between the Proposal Page totals, and the header or parts list totals. This is expected and normal.
Using the Cut List Optimization in combination with the Cut List Page can help you achieve maximum efficiency with the material ordered for each job.
