Once the download has finished, you are ready to install LiveStorage. If this is an update, please ensure that all instances of LiveStorage are closed. If LiveStorage is running during the update, it may interfere with the installation. Locate the saved file (usually named setup.exe) and double-click to launch the installer. Review and accept the licensing terms and conditions, and choose Next to proceed. The installation will take several minutes depending on the machine’s configuration.

For users updating their previously registered software, ensure the computer is connected to the Internet, and launch LiveStorage. The registration information will be retrieved automatically, and the software should launch.

Trial Users, or those transferring their license to a new computer, will see the License Authentication screen. Trial Users can choose Start to begin using the program with the Generic catalog options. Dealers who are using LiveStorage with one of our partnered manufactures will receive a separate email with a Serial Number to active the manufacturer catalogs for the duration of the trial. Please note that dealer verification can take 24-48 hours. Enter the provided serial number and choose Start to activate the trial with the manufacturer catalogs.

If you’ve purchased LiveStorage, simply enter the license number that was provided and choose Start to activate the software.
